During the reign of the Nanjing National Government,Shaanxi Public Middle School developed in-depth.After Chiang Kai-shek established the Nanjing National Government,a series of laws and regulations were promulgated to strictly regulate and classify the middle schools,clearly separate the public middle schools from the private middle schools,determine the status of the public middle schools in the middle school education,and determine the way of running the public middle schools.,Teaching content,quality,etc.are all under supervision.On the other hand,it actively provided financial assistance and established middle schools in various places,especially the westward movement after the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,which greatly promoted the development of Shaanxi Public Middle School.Based on the data collected in the Shaanxi Provincial Archives and the data collected in the Xi’an Archives,this paper studies the Shaanxi Public Middle School during the Nanjing National Government.There are four parts to explain:Introduction:First of all,I reviewed the research status of secondary education,especially public middle schools during the Republic of China period related to this topic,and found that there is still a certain gap in the research of public middle school groups in a certain place.Later,the key concepts of government,public and private were distinguished.Chapter 1:A brief description of the development and characteristics of ancient Shaanxi government-run education.Since the government-run middle school set up in the late Qing dynasty is the foundation for the development of public middle schools,the development of Shaanxi government-run middle school and public middle schools before the rule of the Nanjing National Government since the late Qing dynasty was systematically reviewed.Chapter 2:Based on the data from the Shaanxi Provincial Archives and the Xi’an Archives,the education and teaching situation of Shaanxi Public Middle Schools during the Nanjing National Government period was studied.Discusses the key content of middle school teaching:the selection of textbooks,curriculum,teaching methods.At the same time,it explained the status of teachers and analyzed in detail the key issues such as the source and treatment of teachers at that time.Finally,it discusses the enrollment,achievement inspection,and training.Chapter 3:Based on the key issues discussed in Chapter Two,the effectiveness and characteristics of the running of Shaanxi Public Middle School during the Nanjing National Government period were analyzed.Instructions.The characteristics discuss the advancement from the aspects of curriculum setting and learning objectives;explain the dynamics of the widespread concern in the society at that time,such as coeducational schools,liberal arts,and liberal arts;explain the distribution and changes of public middle schools.Imbalance.Chapter 4:On this basis,combined with the current development of public middle schools,it proposes enlightenment for the further development of contemporary Shaanxi public middle schools from the aspects of improving teacher treatment,daily life,and professional curriculum.As a major education province,Shaanxi has played a decisive role in the Republic of China and even in the history of contemporary education,training a large number of talents.With the continuous deepening of the reform of middle school education,a study of the development of public middle schools during the period of the Nanjing National Government has yielded useful enlightenment for the development of contemporary public middle schools and has certain practical significance.
