A Study Of The History Of Ethnic Relations In Southern Kyrgyzstan (1924-2018)

Peace and development are still the theme of our times,but today's world is still full of violence and conflicts,and although the causes of these violences and conflicts are different,it has to be said that ethnic issues play a very important role,and accordingly,the study of ethnic relations has become a concern of scholars.Looking at the world,the Middle East,the Balkans and Kashmir have always been the key areas for scholars to examine ethnic relations,but in the southern part of Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia,ethnic relations are affecting the stability of the political situation and economic development of the countries concerned.Kyrgyzstan is a mountainous country in Central Asia,bounded by Tianshan,which can be divided into two parts,north and south,and the southern part of the Fergana Basin.On the eve of the collapse of the Soviet Union,ethnic relations began to swell and be accompanied by ethnic conflicts.After the collapse of the Soviet Union,Kyrgyzstan ushered in independence,but the ethnic relations in the region did not usher in a turning point,but showed a trend of pluralism and complexity.As the land is the border of the three countries,the trend of ethnic relations will directly affect the development of the regional situation,therefore,this paper will use the knowledge of history,ethnology and sociology and other related disciplines to comb and analyze the ethnic relations in southern Kyrgyzstan,to find out the characteristics and influencing factors of ethnic relations in the region.Then put forward the proposal to improve the ethnic relations in the area.The foreword is mainly to introduce the research purpose and significance of this topic,comb the relevant research situation at home and abroad,and then introduce the research methods and related explanations of this paper.The first chapter first introduces the distribution pattern of the southern Kyrgyzstan ethnic group and the relevant situation of ethnic relations in the Soviet period.Then it discusses the ethnic problems existing in southern Kyrgyzstan,including the internal contradictions of the Kyrgyz people,the contradictions between the Kyrgyz and the Uzbeks,and the contradictions between the Kyrgyz and Tajiks.On the basis of analyzing the ethnic problems in southern Kyrgyzstan,the characteristics of ethnic relations in southern Kyrgyzstan are summarized.The second chapter mainly explores the current ethnic relations in southern Kyrgyzstan,mainly tribalism,Kyrgyzstan's ethnic policies,borders and enclaves,collective memory and the use of water resources.The third chapter mainly puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the construction of harmonious ethnic relations in southern Kyrgyzstan.The last part is the conclusion,the article is summarized and summarized.
