Gan Berlin is a famous blind erhu performer in China.His erhu playing sound is strong,flexible,pure and bright,which has won the praise of the industry and listeners at home and abroad.This article will summarize the experience of the erhu playing with Mr.Gan over the years and summarize it in five parts.The first part and the second part respectively discuss the sound of Gan Berlin's life and the erhu performance;the third part discusses the performance of Gan Berlin erhu from the three aspects of the blind's listening advantage in music,the way of sound exploration and the reference of western instruments.The formation of timbre;the fourth part focuses on the training techniques of gan erhu erhu playing timbre—four tight and loose;the fifth part discusses the development of gan erhu erhu playing timbre to the entire erhu performance from the three levels of academic,performance and teaching.Coming influence.This article attempts to study the timbre of Gan Berlin's erhu performance,hoping to inspire erhu practitioners in future practice performances,and to provide a reference for future research on Gan Berlin's erhu art.
