The slogan is a slogan with clear meaning written in concise words,which records the trend of the times,is a microcosm of a historical period,and also gathers the wisdom of the people.In the early days of slogan protection,due to the seriousness of the damage,most museums and research institutes used the method of exposing to protect the slogan.reduces the slogan Historical inspiration and practical significance to contemporary people.At present,there are very few reports on the reinforcement of the slogan in situ protection,and the in situ protection is because the slogan located in the geographical,choice of reinforcement materials,and reinforcement technology are limited.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the original site of the slogan and restore the original appearance.A class of compatible inorganic materials needs to be proposed.The team found that depositing a small amount of barium phosphate and barium oxalate on the surface of the slogan deposits barium phosphate and barium oxalate to strengthen the organic integration of the slogan pigment and the wall,keeping the slogan and wall Permeable,breathable,to prevent the slogan from falling off,to prevent the wall slogan crisp powder,and long-term inheritance of the historical original appearance.According to this idea,this paper has conducted systematic research and accelerated aging evaluation,Integrate from three aspects:reinforcement mechanism,simulated reinforcement effect and practical application.It mainly from the following four points of view:1.Slogans were classified through field research,and a large number of documents were consulted to understand that the current statistical strength of the slogans is insufficient,the development and utilization are not sufficient,and the weathering of the slogans is seriously damaged.We have classified and reinforced the materials of the soil ruins and masonry cultural relics,summarized their advantages and disadvantages;combined with the literature and the concept of cultural relics protection,the requirements of cultural relics protection materials,we have designed a research idea.2.Analysis and research on the material,technology and deterioration of slogan.Masonry and handwriting samples at the Xi'an Gulou site,Hanzhong Liuba adobe matrix and handwriting samples were analyzed and characterized.,and use SEM-EDX,XRD or other test methods to analyze the elements,crystal structure and micromorphology of the slogan Characterization,based on the analysis and test results and reviewing the data to summarize the cause of the disease:the cultural relics have been exposed to the natural environment for a long time,and the slogan substrate gradually cracked due to changes in the external environment temperature and humidity.In terms of the uniqueness of the environment,many man-made damages have occurred;so the occurrence of slogan diseases is the result of the combined action of natural factors and man-made factors.3.The properties of the reinforced material composed of H3PO4 and H2C2O4 mixed EtOH solution and Ba(OH)2 MeOH solution were studied.According to the analysis and detection results in Chapter 2,we used bricks and adobes with similar compositions and properties to those of Xi'an Gulou and Hanzhong Liuba slogans to make slogan simulation samples for simulation experiments.This part of the work comprehensively evaluated the reinforcement materials.Through permeability and air permeability tests,it is found that the reinforcement material penetrates deeper and forms a certain concentration gradient,which has good air permeability.Damped anti-drilling,elastic wave and compression tests were carried out on the simulated samples.The results show that the reinforcing material can play a good role in strengthening and has good practicality.With the help of SEM and XRD characterization methods,it can be seen that with the increase of the reinforcement concentration,the precipitation of barium oxalate and barium phosphate formed by the reinforcement agent fills the interior of the void,which enhances the strength of the simulated sample and does not change the basic composition of the original substance.Finally,the adhesion test on the reinforced surface handwriting was carried out,and it was found that the adhesion between the surface handwriting and the substrate was significantly enhanced,and the handwriting was not easy to fall off.Before and after aging in ultraviolet,freeze-thaw,etc.,its color difference changes little and has good weather resistance.4.Practical application On the basis of a series of simulation experiments,the reinforcement materials were applied to two cultural relics protection units,Xi'an Gulou and Hanzhong Liuba two cultural relic protection units,From the current tracking effect,the reinforcement material can effectively improve the strength of the slogan substrate,and the slogan adhesion is significantly enhanced.And passed the expert acceptance organized by the project unit.The reinforcement effect of the reinforcement agent can withstand the test of the natural environment and has achieved a good restoration effect.This method of strengthening the slogan during the revolution at the original site.Better preserve the background of the time,and helps to deeply understand the ideological value of the red culture.In order to publicize the Red Revolution has practical significance,and it also has reference value for the protection of revolutionary slogans in other regions.
