Chopin,known as the "piano poet",is a famous pianist in the Western Romantic period.In his short life,he only wrote piano works.Although the only two piano concertos are not Chopin's representative works in the mature period,they fully reflect Chopin's unique music style as the representative of Chopin's early works."Piano Concerto in E Minor" is a masterpiece of piano concerto works in the Romantic period,which inherits the structure characteristics of Western classical music,Chopin used Bach,Beethoven and other predecessors' composing techniques in the creation techniques,on this basis,Chopin also creatively used a unique harmonic language,the decorative expression of melody,bringing people the general feeling of Serenade.The paper is composed of four parts.The first part is the introduction of composer's life and creation background.The second part is the analysis of the structure of the "Piano Concerto in E Minor".The third part discusses the music characteristics of "Piano Concerto in E Minor".The last part discusses the value of the work and the influence of the work on myself through the analysis of the work.
