With the development of economy and the progress of society,the change of material demand of the masses in our country has turned to the spiritual field,which makes the film industry,which is satisfied with the cultural spirit,get a rapid development opportunity,and the film box office record is constantly broken.From the annual box office data and single-chip box office data,the constantly refreshed box office records represent the golden period of the development of the film industry in our country at the present stage,especially at present,the film screening technology is constantly breaking through the restrictions,and the number of screen construction in cinemas is increasing,which has provided a boost for the development of the film industry.It can be said that the development of China's film industry can not be separated from the support of film companies,especially in the present stage of the film Under the background of the hospital construction,the film enterprise itself provides the continuous motive force for the film cause development through the effective marketing strategy.However,some film enterprises in China always have the problems of low quality and imperfect product marketing,which needs to be explored in the process of actual development.Based on the example of SWT Pictures,this paper studies the marketing strategy of Pictures.This paper first explains the basic concept of marketing,including the connotation of marketing,the difference between modern marketing and traditional marketing concepts,and summarizes the development course of marketing,management tasks and so on.Secondly,the environmental factors of marketing are analyzed,this paper mainly from the micro and macro perspective.Then,this paper discusses the marketing problems and causes of SWT film companies,and formulates the marketing strategies which accord with the development status of SWT film companies,so as to effectively solve the existing in the marketing process The question.Concretely speaking,this article mainly discusses the economic environment factor,the political law environment factor,the social environment factor in the SWT film company marketing environment macroscopic factor exploration.In the micro-environment analysis,mainly from the customer value film product competition environment two aspects.This paper formulates the marketing strategy of SWT film company based on the result of environmental analysis,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy,in order to better solve the problems such as the unclear positioning of the SWTfilm company,the market promotion does not meet the market demand,and the film promotion is not enough to realize the marketing and so on.It is hoped that this article can discuss the movie enterprise market management Marketing development put forward theoretical reference and practical reference.Especially through the cognition of marketing theory,we can perfect the development plan of film enterprises,so as to avoid risks,formulate measures in line with our own marketing strategy,and make a continuous contribution to the development of film industry in China.
