Nonlinear Narrative

Making paintings full of artistic interest is what individuals have always sought a fter in artistic creation.Contemporary printmaking is developing in a comprehensive direction.Out-of-print chromatographic woodcuts are a kind of expression language i n woodblocks.Compared with traditional chromatic woodcuts,they bring about the re versal of the production concept from the creation of printmaking.It still has great de velopment potential and room for in-depth exploration since its birth and development.As a young generation of printmakers,we have the responsibility and obligation to thi nk,explore and practice out-of-print woodcuts,and contribute to the further enrichme nt and development of the visual language of printmaking.This article is mainly to study the visual language of out-of-print chromatic wood cuts.From the perspective of contemporary narrative painting,through the study of no nlinear narration and related artists,new exploration and practice of out-of-print chro matic woodcuts are carried out.The article is mainly divided into the following parts: The first chapter is a prelim inary introduction to the subject research.The second chapter is to explain the relate concepts of nonlinear narration,and further study the relationship between narration a nd painting.The third chapter is the inspiration and thinking brought by the nonlinear narrative to the study of the out-of-print color woodcut visual language.The fourth cha pter is mainly about the research and analysis of related artists,gaining the accumulati on of personal artistic creation experience from their artistic creation methods.The fif th chapter is an introduction to the generation process of personal out-of-print color w oodcut visual language,and a scene description of nonlinear narrative.
