A Study On The Textual Morphology Of The Novel Series Of "Suppression"

"Jiaochuang" novels refers to the long vernacular current novels which describe the rise and fall of Li Zicheng's uprising at the time of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,including four works: Popular Novels of suppressing Chuang,New World Hongxun,Popular Romance of Woodcutter History,and Complete Biography of Tieguantu.This article takes the series of novels of "Jiaochuang" as the object of study.From its textual form and changes,it discusses from four aspects: the generation and evolution of texts,the evolution of storylines,the image of characters,the value and influence of novels.In terms of text generation,this paper analyzes the text sources of the series of novels from the perspectives of collecting historical materials and learning from other novels,and explores the influence of current events and political ecological changes on the text form of novels in the link of creation and communication.The series of "Jiaochuang" novels all take the historical events of Li Zicheng as the object of expression,but there are obvious differences in the specific plot arrangement.This paper combs the narration of the main plots in different works,such as the historical events of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the development process of Li Zicheng's uprising,the rule of Li Zicheng in Beijing and the death of Li Zicheng in different works,and analyzes the change of plot and its development trend among the four works.The character images in the series of "Jiaochuang" novels are roughly divided into the images of the emperor and the subjects of the Ming Dynasty and the figures of the uprising army.The image changes of the same character in different novels are compared,and the influence of the author's creation tendency and historical environment changes on the characters in the novels is analyzed.In addition,the literary and historical value of the series is outstanding,which has far-reaching influence on the historiography field.This paper discusses the historical data value and artistic achievements of the series from two aspects: the infiltration of the novel into the original historical books and the influence of the direction of historical research.By comparing with other current affairs novels in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,this paper continues to grasp the significance of the series of "Jiaochuang" for the development of literature where.
