Research On Russian Dramatic Art Policy And Practice In The Putin Period

Russian drama has a long history,profound cultural influence and indelible classic value.Its drama policy has always been an important part of Russia's national literature and art policy from the Europeanization of Peter the Great to the Soviet period.It has the political role of conveying the will of the country,condensing the national spirit,promoting the tradition of literature and art,and shaping the cultural image.Since Putin came to power in 2000,the Russian government has inherited the official Russian drama and art policy traditions of successive generations.In response to the main problems of the decline in the early stage of the new Russia,the Russian government has launched the Russian National Cultural Policy Foundation and the "Russian Culture" Federal Goal Outline.The series of literature and art policies related to drama in order to promote the plight of Russian drama re-energize.This article takes the formulation background,core concepts,main forms and implementation effects of the drama art policy in Putin's period as the research object,takes the Concept for the Long-term Development of Drama in the Russian Federation as the core policy text,and takes the 2019 Year of Russian Theatre as a policy practice example.Comprehensively uses comparative literature,literature and art,political science and cultural studies and other methods to investigate and restore the overall appearance and implementation effects of Russian drama and art policies in the context of political system transformation,national policy adjustments and international environmental changes in the past 20 years.The study found that after 20 years of reform and practice of drama policies,Russia has formed the main purpose of promoting national drama traditions,protecting people's drama rights,building a unified drama space,and promoting international drama exchanges,has formed a theater art policy system with major measures such as subsidizing theater operations under market conditions,protecting and restoring theater cultural heritage,supporting the construction of a theater talent training system,and promoting theater research and dissemination which has promoted the development of national drama art and the implementation of literary strategies,and the successful experience and shortcomings in it are worthy of reference when China is formulating relevant drama policies.
