Research On Russian Literature And Art Education Policy In The Putin Period

This thesis takes Russia's national literature and art education policy in Putin's period as the main research object,and uses literature analysis,comparative observation and interdisciplinary research methods to review the historical evolution of Russia's national literature and art education policy,and analyzes and summarizes the core of contemporary Russian literature and art education policy.Concepts,main forms and implementation measures,the 2015 edition of the Chinese textbook for primary and secondary schools by the Moscow Education Press was selected as a case of contemporary Russian literature and art education policy.Through research,it is found that since Putin came to power,facing cultural security threats such as the cultural invasion of the United States and other Western countries,the ideological vacuum in Russia,the decline in the quality of literature and art talent training,and the decline of international influence of literature and art,he regards literature and art education policy as an important strategy for safeguarding national security.One,with the “New Russian Concept” as the core value,it has formed the “Russian Federation Constitution” and“Russian Federation Cultural Legislative Foundation” as the legislative basis,with the“Russian National Cultural Policy Foundation” as the basis for regulations and policies,and the “Russian National Cultural Policy Foundation” as the basis for regulations and policies.(2008-2015)Conception of Educational Development in the Field of Culture and Art,“Russian Culture” Federal Goal Outline and other government documents as the development plan,with the National Cultural Award,the Young Literary Talent Award,and the International Art Tour as the carrier of activities,with literary courses A literature and art education policy system with important means of setting up and compiling textbooks.This policy system is rooted in the traditions and national culture of the Russian Empire.The idea of governing the country with the ultimate goal of safeguarding national security interests,showing distinct characteristics of nationalism and cultural conservatism,among which consolidate the national aesthetics foundation of literature and art education,pay attention to maintaining national cultural security,and radiate the charm of the times and innovative power of traditional national literature and art,etc.The experience and lessons are worthy of reference by senior officials in related fields in China.
