| The modernity thought of Zygmunt Bowman is unique,which built on the base of his in-depth research on modernity.Understanding the idea of "liquid modernity" from the perspective of cultural philosophy can reveal the social-cultural problems in the dimension of philosophical reflection and criticism,that is,the human survival dilemma in "liquid modernity".This paper clarifies the connotation and basics of "liquid modernity" from the background,ideological implication,characteristics,etc.,and mainly researched the impact,survival dilemma,and cultural countermeasures under the background of "fluid modernity".Bauman proposed the idea of "liquid modernity" and reinterpreted modernity.Compared with the certainty and stability of solid modernity,he regards "liquid modernity" as liquid and portable modernity."Liquid modernity" deconstructs stability in a fluid,liquid form.This uncertainty,portability,and contingency have become their distinctive features.Compared with traditional modernity,the characteristic of "Liquid modernity" has flexible and diverse advantages.At the same time,it also brings cultural problems.Being in an uncertain living environment for a long time,individual survival and social structure will change profoundly,people will develop fear in an unreliable environment,and individual behavior and survival form will transform accordingly.In response to the survival dilemma under the background of "mobile modernity",Bauman proposed cultural countermeasures,placed hopes on both political and moral aspects: at the social level,we need to guarantee the basic income of citizens,realize a liberally democratic republic,and build a multicultural society;at the individual level,we need to rebuild morality to solve the cultural problem of "liquid modernity".Although the idea of "liquid modernity" has certain limitations,it is very significant to the development of contemporary modern society and has important reference value for my country's modernization construction. |
