China and South Korea, facing each other across the sea, have been friendly to each other since ancient times. In politics, economy, culture and other fields have a good communication, especially in the literary exchange is very active. In the very late nineteenth and early twentieth century,Chinese and Korean novels gradually get rid of some characteristics of classical novels and have new changes under the influence of western literature,In this kind of novel, there are a lot of new themes, new ideas and new things, and many new concepts unheard of before. To distinguish it from the classical novel,South Korea refers to these novels as new novels, while China refers to them as condemnation novels.Although this kind of novel has a short period of existence,it lays a solid foundation for the creation and development of modern novels, and plays an important role in connecting the past and the future.Although such novels play an important role in the development of modern novels,it is a pity that there are few studies on the comparative literature of China and South Korea with such novels as the research object, and the relevant articles are rarely seen. This paper is guided by the theory of comparative literature, the research object are Chinese condemnation novels that are <nie hai hua>?<guan chang xian xing ji>?<er shi nian mu du zhi guai xian zhuang> and Korean new novels that are <jing shi zhong>?<qiu yue se>?<yin shi jie>.And there is a comparative study of this type of novels between China and South Korea. The main body of this paper is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter,it mainly includes social background and theoretical background, and briefly introduces the formation of condemnation novel and new novel; In the second chapter,The second chapter mainly makes a comparative study of the themes of The Chinese condemnation novels and the Korean new novels.Taking the Chinese condemnation novels <guan chang xian xing ji> and the Korean new novel <yin shi jie> as examples,it reveals the reality of officialdom and reflects the theme of "officialdom corruption".In the third chapter, the study condemns the half-new and half-old characters in condemnation novels and new novels, and take Chinese condemnation novel <nie hai hua> and Korean new novel <qiu yue se> for example. In the fourth chapter, this paper mainly studies the writing techniques of condemnation novels and new novels, taking the condemnation novel "<er shi nian mu du zhi guai xian zhuang>" and the new novel "<jing shi zhong> " as the research objects, and studies the writing techniques of "satire" of the two kinds of novels.
