With the increasing emphasis on preschool education in our country,preschool education has become a hot specialty in recent years.Most secondary vocational schools also offer kindergarten teachers and related majors.Vocal music is an important course for this major,and music education plays an important role in enlightening kindergarten students.Vocal music is one of the necessary professional skills for a kindergarten teacher.However,the vocal music foundation of most kindergarten teachers in secondary vocational schools is weak,and vocal music teaching in secondary vocational schools also needs to be improved.During the internship of kindergarten teachers in Rizhao Technician College,the author found that there are many excellent experiences in vocal music teaching of kindergarten teachers in this college,such as diversified teaching contents;Abundant extracurricular practical activities;High level of teachers.But at the same time,there are still some shortcomings in vocal music teaching of kindergarten teachers in this school: students are not clear about their career planning,and their learning foundation is weak,which leads to low learning enthusiasm;The teaching mode is single;Teachers have great teaching pressure and few opportunities for further study;The length of teaching time;Lack of appreciation courses.In this paper,the author summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of vocal music teaching in kindergarten teachers’ major in secondary vocational schools by investigating the present situation of vocal music teaching in kindergarten teachers’ major in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement of vocal music teaching in kindergarten teachers’ major in secondary vocational schools based on theory and practice.Firstly,this paper expounds several current vocal music teaching modes in China,including collective class teaching mode,"one-to-one" teaching mode and group teaching mode,and points out their advantages and disadvantages respectively;Secondly,the essential difference between preschool teachers and vocal music teachers is made clear,and the choice of vocal music teaching mode for preschool teachers should start from four aspects: musical aesthetic ability,expressive force,vocal music basic training and organic combination with other courses,which is also the innovation of this paper;Finally,according to these four selection directions,several new teaching modes are put forward,such as "five-in-one" teaching mode,integrated teaching mode,situation simulation teaching mode and practical teaching mode,which provide a more suitable choice for vocal music teaching mode of kindergarten teachers in secondary vocational schools. |
