With the promotion of quality education, the country’s education in a vigorouscurriculum reform. The examination-oriented education "had a magnificent turn, theteaching reform of the new one is open to development under the guidance of relevantstate policies. Recruited kindergarten teachers is closely related to education and earlychildhood education, kindergarten teachers, educational reform has also become thefocus of attention by the world. Society increasingly stringent requirements forkindergarten teachers talents, cultivate a high level, the kindergarten teachers ofhigh-quality talent has become the main objective of the vocational schools forkindergarten teachers teaching. Vocal teaching as an important part of thekindergarten teachers, education, teaching is a skill training, but also an ability toshape. To adapt to the teaching of kindergarten students will be engaged in child care,vocal music teaching is also facing a severe test.Vocal music teaching of Hebei Province, six vocational colleges for kindergartenteachers analyzed and compared the status of these schools of vocal music teaching,reform and response program, and kindergarten teachers based on vocalthe teachingof design, want to be able to contribute their meager forces recruited kindergartenteachers in the development of vocal music teaching, and recruited kindergartenteachers of vocal music teaching reform can refer to the proposal.This paper consists of five parts:The content of the first part of the recruited kindergarten teachers in Hebei VocalTeaching and research topics to carry out the background and significance of thediscourse analysis of the current recruited kindergarten teachers in the overall level ofvocal music teaching, summed up the importance of this subject carried outsignificance of the method used and the subject is in progress were introduced.The second part of the questionnaire results of the analysis carried out by six invocational schools in Hebei Province, summed up the status of kindergarten teachers,vocal teaching. The main questions focused on the quality and ability of students and teachers of music, vocal music teaching methods, content, tools, teaching tools andteaching materials survey, summarized the problems of kindergarten teachers, vocalmusic teaching on this basis.The third part is the focus of this article. The problems of the previous sectionvocal teaching, teaching reform measures is to establish a build advanced teachingphilosophy to change the traditional teaching ideas, and focus on instructional designinnovation, and constantly update the teaching methods, teacher-student relationshipof equality and cooperation. the rich diversity of the teaching materials and strengthenthe use of emotional teaching, emphasis on the Aesthetic Education of the penetrationof these areas.The fourth part is the design of the recruited kindergarten teachers in vocal musicclassrooms.
