With the development of network technology,the emerging new media industry has accelerated the dissemination of social information and updated the way people obtain information.This also provides new opportunities for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The use of new media to assist the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has become an effective means of Chinese teaching and a new direction of teaching research.Through one-year teaching practice in the Bukwon Girls' High School in Gangwon-do,South Korea,the author found that the most frequently used new media platforms among Korean students are Tiktok and Youtube.These two new media platforms are very popular among students because of their short-term efficiency,rich resources,and strong entertainment.Therefore,the author tried to apply the two new media software to Chinese classroom teaching in combination with the current situation of Korean Chinese education,and achieved good teaching results.This article focuses on the research of teaching Chinese as a foreign language centered on these two new media platforms.It mainly includes the following parts:The first is feasibility analysis.This article analyzes the feasibility of applying new media to foreign Chinese classrooms.First,through the definition of the concept of new media in the academic world,it is determined that Tiktok and Youtube are the products of the new media era,and then their applications are summarized based on the theoretical basis of second language acquisition.Based on the advantages of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,it summarizes the feasibility of its application in classroom teaching.The second is the questionnaire survey.The author adopts the form of questionnaire survey to obtain and explore objective facts.Through a questionnaire survey,a detailed investigation of the application of new media in the school's Chinese classroom teaching was carried out,and students' needs for learning using these two new media platforms were analyzed,and the first ones that were more targeted and effective were collected.Hand data information.The third is the case design of classroom teaching.According to the characteristics and needs of the teaching objects,as well as the actual situation of classroom teaching,we design oral Chinese and Chinese culture courses that meet the characteristics of students.In the oral class,I chose the third lesson "What time is it" of the textbook "Chinese ?" to film the script for Tiktok,and designed a "vlog of my day" theme filming activity.The purpose is to help students practice the expression of time and verb phrases,and to provide a reference for the design of classroom activities of "What time is it".In the Chinese culture class,the after-school culture of the fourth lesson "What month and day of today" was selected,and the video of the more representative blogger Li Ziqi was selected as the teaching material to play in the classroom,so that students have a good understanding of Chinese culture.In order to provide specific guidance and help for teachers to better teach Chinese culture in a non-target language teaching environment.Finally,there are teaching reflections and teaching suggestions.Based on the application of the two classroom cases in the classroom,summarize the advantages and problems of Tiktok and Youtube in the classroom teaching application,summarize the teaching experience and put forward corresponding teaching suggestions.The research purpose of this article is to provide relevant teaching cases and suggestions for the specific application of Tiktok/Youtube in teaching,and try to provide new ideas for the innovation of Chinese teaching mode in South Korea,so as to promote the research and development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
