The National Opera canal ballad is a masterpiece by the National Grand Theater in 2012.With the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal as the background, the novel reflects the good and evil, life and death, joys and sorrows, and sacrifice one's life and death through the strange circumstances of several small people. In this play, the roles of the male and female protagonists are relatively balanced, which breaks the tradition that the traditional folk opera is dominated by female roles. The hero Qin Xiaosheng is not only the main character of opera, but also one of the classic male images in the history of Chinese opera. Its Aria "where are you,red lotus" is complete in form and rich in content. It is unique in lyrics and melody, music structure and emotional expression.Even though the character image has been established, the development of the whole play has been pushed to a climax. When singing this piece of music, you should first make preparations, and then imagine yourself as Qin Xiaosheng.Relying on personal life experience and cultural accomplishment, you can experience the emotional change of "panic, urgency, loss and despair".On this basis, the singing techniques such as breathing, resonance, articulation and enunciation should be flexibly applied, and body language such as expression, movement and eyes should be supplemented to create a real and sensible image of Qin Xiaosheng. At the same time,we should pay attention to avoid the problems that often appear in the articulation and the expression of emotion,so as to obtain the ideal second creation effect. At the same time,it also gives more singers corresponding enlightenment and reference.
