The problem of "circularity" has always been a very interesting problem hidden in philosophers' philosophical systems. The philosopher Fichte wrote in The Foundations of All Knowledge: "A philosophical system which pays no attention at all to the recurrence of such cycles is a conceptualism of solipsism".The "cycle" is the baseline of Fichte's philosophy, and only by understanding the "cycle" can one truly enter Fichte's philosophical system.Through the "circle",Fichte established his science of knowledge. His science of knowledge is the science of all sciences. His ambition in founding the science of knowledge was to work to re-establish a solid foundation for knowledge. The basis of this system of knowledge is the theory of selfconsciousness. From this theory of self-consciousness,the science of knowledge proceeds to a discourse on the construction of this system. In the structure of selfconsciousness emerges the core concepts of practical knowledge, including "imagination" and "striving".The important concept of "Intellectual intuition" in the science of knowledge and German classical philosophy as a whole also implies the "circulation" of consciousness. At the same time, through the "circle," Fichte refreshes the traditional metaphysical definition of causality, freedom, and subjectivity. He defines causality at the level of "activity," he gives freedom its most passionate expression, and he analyzes subjectivity with unparalleled clarity.Fichte gave priority to practical philosophy. His approach was revolutionary and had a profound impact on future generations. He is famous for establishing the first system of freedom in human history, but he also encountered strong criticism from Hegel and others.
