This thesis discusses the theory of Kant's intellectual intuition. From the formation and development of this concept, the thesis eliberates the activity track of intellectual intuition, shows when there is an intellectual intuition, when there is not; when there is or not is just a possible case; and then continue to point out the case's relationship with the thing-in-itself, emotional intellect and rationality. Next, the three types of intellectual intuition (positive intellectual intuition, the reverse intellectual intuition and random intellectual intuition) as well as the differences between them and relationship with each other are discussed, particularly the emphasis is given to the negative and positive effects of intellectual intuition in acception sense. In addtion, positive and negative roles of intellectual intuition should be guarded against in acception meaning. When the role of genuineness, goodness and beauty is referred, its relationship is pointed out with theology, knowledge construction and finite and infinite nature, as well as the influnece of aesthetic judgments and the theory of innate genius. Then a conclusion is drawn that the random intellectual intuition can be innovated, knowledge construction of Kant can be used to review the random intellectual intuition, the reverse intellectual intuition can establish people's faith and morals on the base of a credible knowledge, meanwhile let the faith and morals examine the nature of intellectural construction and the establishment of construction tool.In the fourth chapter, the author discusses the influence of Kant's theory of intellectual intuition in Western and Chinese philosophy. In the German classical philosophy, the later ones overcame the dualism of Kant, but violating the principle that rationality couldn't be used transcendentally, so they constructed a grand and profound system of idealism. In modern Western philosophy, on the one hand, Kant's speculation was inherited, emphasizing subject's initiative and ignoring the matching reality of the object; on the other hand, the discussion of Kant's experience was extended, while rejecting thing-in-itself, making light of speculation, causing that the depth of theory speculation was not deep enough, which was the diviidng line between the modern European philosophy and modern Anglo-American philosophy. Only did Marxist philosophy use the concept of "practice" to fill the gap between the subject and the object, which not only addressed the universal speculation of knowledge, but also gave the legitimacy to the verifiability of knowledge. So the contradictions revealed by Kant's theory of intellectual intuition were scientifically and reasonably resovled only by Marxism.By connecting the traditional Chinese philosophy, such as the philosophical basis of Chinese medicine, the natural assimilation of Taoism, various theoretical construction of Confucian reverse intellectual intuition (of course combining certain random intellectual intuition), the author points out that the Eastern and Western philosophical thinkings are different, that the scientific spirit is lacked, and how to promote a scientific spirit that is necessary to construct a socialist market economy and rejuvenate Chinese nation as soon as possible.
