On the basis of explaining the French thinker Jean Baudrillard's theory of seduction, this thesis mainly draws on deconstructive perspectives of seduction theory to interpret modern art and postmodern art and analyzes the isomorphic relations between theory and art practice, thus highlighting the internal connections between reflective selfconsciousness within the logic of art development and the theory of seduction.Seduction theory was proposed by Baudrillard with the intellectual property of French 1960 s and involved in the second wave of feminism. This thesis, using the context analysis, reviews the ideological concepts and the critique of modernity in Baudrillard's seduction theory and also interprets its effect on modern art and postmodern art.Through the interpretations and the relevance,we can understand the logic of artistic development of modern art and postmodern art in the perspective of seduction and realize that Baudrillard's seduction theory is not ineffable or something nihilistic. The important thing is seduction theory has a deep root in irrationalism in the history of philosophy and this kind of irrationalism also states itself in the art history of modernity.
