Research On "Body Presence" In Contemporary Art

The presence of the body refers to the state of existence of a living,spiritual body in a specific space and place.We come into contact with the world through our bodies and experience it within the world.The body is not only the objective material carrier on which we live,but also the starting point for us to see the world,experience the world,and introspect ourselves.Compared with other types of art,contemporary art pays special attention to the presence and perceptual knowledge of the body.The artist introduces the body into the works of art,thinking that the body can comprehend the charm and value of art before thinking and knowing,and the body forms the unique atmosphere of the works of art.This article focuses on the artistic phenomenon of "body presence" in contemporary art as the main research object,and the artistic works of body presence in contemporary art as the main research content,and analyzes this from various angles such as art,aesthetics,and sociology.Artistic phenomenon,discussing the value and influence of "body presence" on contemporary art.This article is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background of this thesis from multiple perspectives of the topic background,research purpose and significance,and analyzes three important concepts related to this thesis;the second chapter mainly combs the western From traditional philosophy to post-modern philosophy,philosophers have different attitudes to the body and the basic connotation of body aesthetics.It discusses how the body has evolved from being a degraded object to a specific subject in the history of philosophy and aesthetics.This chapter mainly studies the philosophy and aesthetic history of the body;Chapter 3 mainly sorts out the body in the field of art.The history of change from absence to presence.Although the body has always been an important theme in art history,artists often only use it as an object to express their subjective spirit.In contemporary art,the creative body with keen perception has begun to be valued.In this sense,contemporary art can be said to be the return of the concept of the unity of body and mind in ancient Greek art;Chapter 4 focuses on the art of "body presence" in contemporary art.The works are analyzed and interpreted in detail.From the objectivity,subjectivity and the isomorphic relationship of the body to analyze the physical presence characteristics of the body;Chapter 5 mainly discusses the influence and significance of the "body presence" on contemporary art from three aspects: artistic concept,artistic language and artistic acceptance.Under the influence of the body's presence,contemporary art has returned to the aesthetic sense of perceptual experience,and artists began to pay attention to the subjective characteristics of the body.As an artistic language,the body actively participates in the creation of art works.Artists begin to pay attention to the aesthetic experience of the audience.At the same time,the receiving subject's aesthetic experience has been transformed,and the aesthetic perception ability has also been improved.
