The Construction Of "home" In Chinese Female Directors' Films Since The Beginning Of The New Century

In the new century,female directors have produced many excellent films with their superb skills and delicate emotions.They have become an important part of the Chinese film scene that cannot be ignored,and they have made breakthroughs in both artistic and commercial aspects.Female directors often focus their camera on real life,and under their lens "home" has become a very important film element.This thesis uses psychoanalysis,cultural studies,feminist theories and other research methods,selects representative films for close reading of the text,and studies the construction of "home" in Chinese female film directors since the new century.When Chinese female directors construct the "home" in the film,they are based on the female perspective and pay attention to the expression of women’s growth experience.At the same time,they analyze the ethical relationship within the family in modern society and explore the possibility of new family structure combinations.This article is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which clarifies the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the main content of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad,and the research conditions and methods.The second chapter discusses how female directors present the construction of home in their films from the expression of female growth experience,the relationship between the sexes,the relationship between mother and daughter,and the special family structure.Chapter 3 describes the representative narrative strategies of female directors’ films.Chapter 4 discusses the symbiosis of people and space in female directors’ films from three perspectives: internal family space,external community space,and surreal space.Chapter 5discusses film The phenomenon of disorder and reconstruction of family ethics in the middle school will be summarized at last.
