A Study Of The Space Of Chinese New Generation Female Director Films From New Century

Since the new millennium,the new generation of female directors has appeared in the audience's vision as a group.With the unique female perspective of female directors,they convey the destiny,demands and desire of women.This has become a beautiful scenery in the history of Chinese film.The presence of the new generation of female directors in the film space has become the "window" for them to look at the world.No matter it is the grey marginal space in the period of social transformation or the psychedelic modern urban space in the era of globalization,the new generation of female directors express women's desire for self-space with female sensitive emotions.Through the soft deconstruction of the traditional concepts in the scope of patriarchal culture,this paper highlights the subjectivity of women,goes deep into the heart and finds the true self of women.During this period,the concealing and highlighting of female consciousness is related to the transformation of social consciousness as a whole.From the sudden discovery of gender consciousness to the gradual awakening of subject consciousness and finally to the conscious construction of cultural consciousness,it has gone through the process of bondage,rebellion and reconciliation.This is the same with the evolution of the critical theory of spatial feminism.This paper chooses the theme of the space construction of the new generation of female directors to reinterpret the relationship between the sexes from the perspective of women,consciously emphasizing the female living space,deeply understanding the individual experience of women,and expressing the deep concern for women.The first chapter explores the spatial presentation of the new generation of female directors' films from the cultural perspective.With the development and change of society,the space of the new generation of female directors presents a totally different appearance.From the beginning,the film chose to appear as a marginal space to deeply depict the experience and situation of women in the periodof social transformation.After2010,the films were transformed with the commercial tide,and more shots were focused on the urban space where women are,showing the urban wonders in the materialized environment and the spatial imagination without region in the era of globalization.The second chapter goes deep into the female spiritual space from the perspective of inward transformation,exploring the growth path of women from women to women to human beings,the experience space of women in daily life and the self-healing space of women under the oppression of the patriarchal society.The third chapter discusses gender relations in society from the perspective of gender politics,that is,from the discipline of the absolute discourse of male power to the awakening rebellion of women,and finally tries to reconcile the two sexes to find their own way.The fourth chapter finds out the lack of creation of the new generation of female directors from a horizontal perspective and puts forward the possibility of strengthening the subjectivity of creation,not forgetting the national culture and paying attention to the new perspective,that is,the vision of the whole mankind.By studying and discussing the space of the new generation of female directors' films,we pay attention to the diachronic changes of the female space in The Times tide,which is beneficial to the creation of the new generation of female directors' films.At the same time,we hope to achieve gender equality in the social and human sense and advance together.
