Nishida Kitaro is the founder of kyoto school and the founder of japanese philosophy.Nishida philosophy is the most original philosophy in Japan, which combines the oriental thought and western philosophy resources. In 1926,Nishida Kitaro published his article "locus",which put forward "locus logic",and constructed the system of Nishida philosophy in a real sense. As Nishida himself shows in the Study Of The Good preface, when he wrote the second half of the book From The Doer To The Seer,Nishida turned to the view of "locus" through greek philosophy.Nishida himself admitted that it was only in the "locus" period that he felt that he had obtained the beginning of logicalization in his thoughts. The idea of "locus" has great significance to study the development of Nishida philosophy. The standpoint of Study Of The Good is the standpoint of consciousness. As the startpoint of his philosophy,"pure experience" is easy to be considered be psychologism. Therefore, through Fichte's concept of "Thathandlung",Nishida changes the development of "pure experience" into the development of "self-consciousness",and develops into the standpoint of "absolute free will".From "pure experience" to "self-consciousness" and then to "absolute free will",it contains "self consciousness" or "intuition-reflection".Although Nishida clarified the differentiation and development of "pure experience" through "self-consciousness",the "self-consciousness" ultimately is a position of reflection, and the logical problem of the development of "self-consciousness" has not been solved.So,"self-consciousness" has not completely solved the problem of psychologism. Then,it is an inevitable result to turn to the standpoint of "locus".Therefore,Nishida replaced the explanation of experience with the logical form of "locus".In this "locus"(field of consciousness),"self-consciousness" is no longer the transcendental self-consciousness.It is a self-consciousness of "locus" and intuitive. Thus,Nishida established his "locus logic".Nishida divides "locus" into "having locus","relatively non locus" and "absolutely non locus".These three locus have different functions: the doer can be seen in be limited having locus, the effect of consciousness can be seen in relatively non locus, and the real free will can be seen in absolutely non locus. The formation of Nishida philosophy can't be separated from the influence of Kant's german classical philosophy. Most of Nishida's early philosophy absorbed and digested their thoughts for their own use. After "locus",Nishida actively used his "locus logic" to compete with Kant's philosophy and Hegel's dialectics. There are many academic value in the philosophical comparison,so the comparative study around "locus" is also very important.Based on the above analysis and thinking, this paper will take Study On Nishida Kitaro's Philosophy Of "Locus" as the topic. This paper will be divided into three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. The introduction introduces the purpose and significance, summarizes the research status at home and abroad and literature review, and explains the content and methods of the research. On the basis of the introduction, the main body is divided into four chapters.First, chapter one,The Philosophy Of Nishida Before The Locus. This chapter summarizes the previous position of "locus" and several core concepts.Through discussing the essence of "pure experience","self-consciousness" and "absolute free will",the paper explains the process of transformation between them, and explains the continuity between them, thus clarifying the foundation of the Nishida philosophy. In chapter two,The Formation Of The Position "Locus" And "Locus Logic".This chapter focuses on how Nishida turns to the position of "locus" and the meaning and essence of the "locus" thought.Through the research of chapter two,it is known that the idea of "locus" is based on the "locus logic",and it through three concepts of place concepts, having locus, relatively non locus and absolutely non locus combine everything. The position of "locus" solves the problem of "consciousness of consciousness".This chapter is also one of the main themes in this paper. The third chapter,The Development And Deepening Of The Position Of Locus. This chapter is the focus of the study. On the one hand,it discusses the internal relationship between "locus","pure experience" and "self-consciousness",on the other hand,it discusses how the locus develops the later "world of dialectic",and appropriately concerns the relationship between locus and later religion.Through the research of this chapter,it is found that "locus" take a foundation for the "world of dialectics" and religious thought in the later period of Nishida philosophy.Comparative Study Of The Nishida "Locus" Philosophy, this chapter is the difficulty of this paper. This chapter compares the philosophy of "locus" with german philosophy, mainly compares the idea of "locus" with Kant's epistemology and Hegel's dialectics, and finds out the deeper meaning of "locus" thought.Through the research of chapter four,it is clear that the Nishida philosophy is greatly influenced by Kant philosophy. It is clear that the similarities and differences between Nishida's "the field of consciousness " and Kant's "general consciousness".We can know that Nishida how to compet with Hegel's dialectics by the "locus dialectics".The conclusion part makes a brief summary to the main body and gives some thoughts about the results of comparative research on the philosophy of "locus".In summary, this paper focuses on the problem of "locus" thought in Nishida's philosophy. This paper clarifies the process of the "locus" thought, and compares the "locus" concept with the relevant concepts in Kant's philosophy and Hegel's philosophy. At last,we will find out the significance of "locus" thought to Nishida philosophy and german classical philosophy.
