Traces Of Time

As one of the single prints,degummed print has a very rich expressive force.Since it was initiated and popularized,it has caused many creators to try to enrich this form language,and also enrich the language of print.Mastering the material properties of degummed prints can further understand the language of prints,and deeply understand the cultural literacy behind the language of prints and the contemporary nature of this art.As a very small category of printmaking,degummed printmaking does not have a clear printmaking attribute like other traditional printmaking,but the printmaking thinking involved is similar.It does not need to use a fixed "plate" like traditional prints,and is a form without "plate".Because of this attribute,the operation is more convenient and free from space restrictions,and the initiative of the creator can be better exerted to create more abundant artistic works.Time has left many traces on the screen that can't be created artificially.The length of flushing time can also show different pictures,giving creators a lot of creative space.This paper mainly discusses the language expression of degummed prints from four aspects: media language,performance characteristics,aesthetic characteristics and contemporary thinking,aiming to better grasp the language characteristics of degummed prints and deeply understand the creative thinking of prints.
