| Taking the imperial seal in the pre-Qin ancient as the research object,with the seal impressions during the period of Three Jin as the breakthrough point,this paper investigates and studies the character style from the perspective of the art of seal cutting based on the existing research results of related literature and history.First,from a macro perspective,this paper investigates the " Jin featured" process of the prevailing characters in the Three Jin area during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period,the differences from other characters at that time,and the inherent connection between Jin Dynasty Bronze inscriptions,alliance oath and Imperial seal impressions,and confirms that seal impressions during the period of Three Jin is the "imperial seal featured " characters of the Jin characters,and the regional characteristics of the Jin characters are the key that imperial seal could be used as the seal style of the ancient seal,which is the so-called "seal is originated from the characters".Then This paper studies the relationship and difference between the popular characters of the Jin Dynasty(including the traditional inscriptions and the handwritten inscriptions in ink)and the Three Jin seal impressions from the microscopic perspective,and summarizes the relative stable and instable methods and rules of character transformation of Three Jin character style.It is hoped that it can provide some enlightenment for the creation and research of seal cutting art of "seeking seal in imperial seal". |
