Taking"zheng(?)","zai(?)"and"zhengzai(??)"as the research objects,we compares CCL corpus with HSK dynamic composition corpus and global Chinese interlanguage corpus to explore the rules and characteristics of Chinese progressive aspect markers acquired by native English speakers from the perspective of verb collocation.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,we can not only conduct a comprehensive and systematic study of progressive aspect markers, but also provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of targeted second language teaching and the arrangement of grammar items in textbooks.Firstly,we combs the semantic features of"zheng(?)","zai(?)"and"zhengzai(??)"from the two aspects of"time point meaning","time period meaning"and emphasizing"time"and"state"."Zheng(?)"emphasizes"time point"and"zai(?)"emphasizes"time period".The period represented by"zai(?)"can be bounded or unbounded, and"zheng(?)"only can represent bounded period."Zheng(?)"emphasizes time,"zai(?)"emphasizes state and"zhengzai(??)"refers to both state and time.Secondly, through the quantitative study of a large number of native and intermediary language corpus,we compare the use of corpus markers between native and English native speakers. The main contents are as follows:1)The frequency of use of native and English native speakers is consistent, which is:zai(?)>zheng(?)>zhengzai(??),but the overall output frequency of learners is far lower than that of native speakers;2)in verb collocation, the most common use of body markers is used by native and learners to modify active verbs, while less use body markers to modify non persistent verbs;3)there are differences between native speakers and learners when using"zheng(?)"and"zhengzai(??)"to modify verbs, which indicates that learners are not fully aware of body marks, and tend to pay attention to the form of progressive expression and ignore the semantic features of verbs.Based on the interlanguage corpus,we classify, count and analyze the error cases of native English speakers, and summarize the number and frequency distribution of different error types in the process of learners'acquisition of aspect markers. The results show that:1)the accuracy of aspect markers is"zheng(?)>zai(?)>zhengzai(??)",and learnershave a good command of the usage of "zai(?)";2)the errors of native English speakers are mainly concentrated in the verb collocation and the redundancy, omission and mixing of aspect markers, which reflects the "variability" of interlanguage;3)the conflict between aspect markers and the semantic features of verbs causes the most errors, and the number of errors of aspect markers is the second 4)there are few errors in syntactic structure,so it is considered that structure should not be the focus of teaching materials and teaching. Finally, through the investigation of the setting and arrangement of language items such as"zheng(?)""zai(?)"and"zhengzai(??)"in four sets of representative Chinese textbooks, and combined with the learners'acquisition situation,we puts forward some suggestions.About the compilation of textbooks:1)the arrangement order of aspect markers is"zai(?)>zheng(?)>zhengzai(??)";2)the time point meaning of"zheng(?)"and the time period meaning of"zai(?)"and"zhengzai(??)";3)add the combination of aspect markers and"zhe(?)""ne(?)";4)explain the special usage of three individual markers.About the teaching:1)highlight the key and difficult points of"zheng(?)","zai(?)"and"zhengzai(??)",pay attention to the distinction among them;2)highlight the contrast between Chinese and English, avoid negative transfer of mother tongue.
