Inheritance And Dissemination Of Ancient Yi Songs

Ashima is an oral narrative poem spread in Sani people's settlement of Yi branch in Shilin Yi Autonomous County,Yunnan Province,and Axi's Xianji is one of the four creation epics of Yi people spread in Axi people's settlement in Xishan District,Maitreya City,Yunnan Province.These two long poems are non-legacy items of Yi folk literature,and they are outstanding representatives of folk oral literature of ethnic minorities,but there are huge differences in the process of inheritance and dissemination: Ashima's narrative long poem has a relatively simple story structure,but rich inheritance forms and wide dissemination range;The epic "Axi's First Base" is of great value,but it is little known and has a small spread.Based on the cultural affinity between Sani and Axi,the geographical nature of living space,and the frequent exchanges of intermarriage and trade between Sani and Axi,this paper makes a comparative study on the differences and reasons of inheritance,dissemination and development between Ashima and Axi's Xianji from the interdisciplinary perspective of folklore and communication.Judging from the narrative structure of the long poem itself,Ashima belongs to a complete narrative,and the whole poem tells a complete story.Axi's Xianji belongs to a collage narrative,with many mythological groups,and the texts are both independent and organically unified.In terms of inheritance,both have the inheritor mechanism established by local governments for the protection of non-legacy;In the pedigree of folk inheritance,Ashima is mainly inherited by the family,and Axi's Xianji is mainly inherited by teachers and apprentices.In the process of communication,both of them show the trend of gradually developing from oral literature and various art forms to cultural consumption performance.The spread of Ashima is the dual embodiment of spiritual dimension and information technology dimension,showing the characteristics of fast spread and wide spread.The dissemination of Axi's First Foundation is a dual embodiment of spiritual dimension and social behavior ceremony,highlighting different cultural elements,but its dissemination speed is slow and its audience scope is small.The differences between inheritance and dissemination also lead to the differences in cultural development patterns between them: Ashima,based on the symbol of Ashima,has expanded from a beautiful Yi Sani woman to multiple cultural patterns such as economy,geography,tourism,TV dramas,movies and stage plays,forming a considerable Ashima cultural landscape.Axi's Precedent is combined with Axi's cultural festivals and customs,such as Axi wrestling,Axi jumping off the moon and Axi bullfighting,in an attempt to create Axi's cultural ecological circle,realize the combination of "non-legacy+non-legacy",solidify the original form with the regeneration form of Axi's Precedent,and realize the inheritance and development of cultural heritage.
