| With the development of society,people’s demand for spiritual culture is gradually increasing,and documentaries are gradually walking into millions of households.Food is the most basic material condition for human survival,and it is also an eternal topic that is widely talked about.In recent years,many countries have made new developments in the field of food documentaries.Looking at the Chinese documentary market,the release of "A bite of China" has created a new era of domestic food documentaries,and food documentaries have really come into the view of the domestic audience since then.Due to the neighboring relationship and nearly similar cultural backgrounds,Japanese food documentaries are also widely acclaimed in China.In 2013,Japanese food was inscribed on the UNESCO World Intangible Cultural Heritage List,and Japanese cuisine has accumulated an extremely high reputation overseas.Japanese food documentaries are indeed excellent and have played an indelible role in spreading Japanese culture abroad.This paper hopes to provide useful references for the development of Japanese food documentaries in China through an in-depth analysis of the "The kingdom of colorful food",the "evergreen tree" of Japanese food documentaries,at a time when Japanese food documentaries are on the rise.Visual rhetoric is a communication tool widely used in film and television works to convey persuasive messages and words to audiences with the help of images,video and music symbols to achieve the best communication effect.With the theoretical framework of visual rhetoric,this paper takes the Japanese food documentary "The kingdom of colorful food" as a research sample,and analyzes the film from three levels:identity rhetoric,audio-visual rhetoric and scene rhetoric,to clarify the visual performance strategy adopted by "The kingdom of colorful food",aiming to provide a reference for the production and dissemination of Chinese food documentaries,in order to promote the development of Chinese food documentaries and promote the excellent Chinese It aims to provide a reference for the production and dissemination of Chinese food documentaries,so as to promote the development of Chinese food documentaries and the dissemination of Chinese culture. |
