Research On Nanyang County In The Han And Han Dynasties

When the Western Han Dynasty was first established,in line with the trend of the times,the implementation of the county-state dual-track parallel local administrative system,in general,the county is the focus of local administration,the county as a local level administrative institution,and the Rise and Fall of the Han Dynasty,so the Han Dynasty’s emphasis on the county,quite can be described.This paper takes nanyang counties of the two Han Dynasties as the research object,and enriches the academic research on local administration in the Han Dynasty through the investigation and analysis of the politics,economy,customs and culture of Nanyang County.This article is divided into three chapters.The first chapter briefly expounds the construction history and population change of Nanyang County in the two Han Dynasties,discusses the evolution of the administrative divisions of Nanyang County in the two Han Dynasties as a whole,and shows the prosperity of Nanyang County in the Han Dynasty through a comparative analysis of the population changes of Nanyang County.The second chapter discusses the groups of officials in Nanyang County in the two Han Dynasties through the analysis of the distribution of places of origin,the history of officials,the main positions,the transfer and destination of the county-level officials in Nanyang County during the two Han Dynasties.The third chapter is the socio-economic and cultural aspects of Nanyang County.It mainly discusses the development of extractive industry,handicraft industry and trade in Nanyang County during the Han Dynasty,as well as education,literature,art and technology in Nanyang County.
