| "Fu Weng Ji Xing Ming" records the Qing Kangxi and Yongzheng dynasty Shaoxing County magistrate trial of legal cases,cases involving human life,theft,household registration,marriage,land,official deficit and other aspects.This book includes a wealth of legal words,can better reflect the basic face of the legal vocabulary of this period.In this paper,the legal vocabulary of the book is the main research object,using quantitative analysis,description and interpretation of the combination of methods to study the categories,sources,evolution and characteristics of these words.The introduction part explains the reasons for choosing the legal vocabulary of "Fu Weng Ji Xing Ming " as the research object,organizes the relevant research results in China,puts forward the methods to be used in the study to quantitative analysis,description interpretation,time-collation and time-combined,and introduces the linguistic research value of the synonymable phenomena and characteristics of the complex legal words in the book.The first chapter mainly describes and explains the legal vocabulary of " Fu Weng Ji Xing Ming ".First of all,according to the legal significance and frequency of use of the two criteria,selected the legal words to be studied in this paper.Secondly,according to the semantic field of these words,they are divided into law,litigation,evidence,examination,detention,criminals,illegality,sentencing and so on more than ten righteous field,using the root trace,similar comparison and other ways,the interpretation of the glyph complex or unclear meaning of the relatively difficult words.The second chapter mainly studies the origin and evolution of the legal words of " Fu Weng Ji Xing Ming ".Words come from three sources: some words are basic legal words from the previous generation;Comparing the legal words with modern Chinese,this paper first summarizes the disappearance of words in different meanings in modern Chinese,analyzes the evolution of the meaning of words,finds that the evolution of meanings mainly through the means of introduction,concreteization and generalization,produces two kinds of results of the variation of righteous positions in the same semantic category and the variation of the righteous positions of different semantic categories,and finally discusses the social and linguistic reasons of the disappearance of words and the evolution of meanings.The third chapter selects the legal words of the complex tone of " Fu Weng Ji Xing Ming " for research.There are the most words in the complex form of the legal words of " Fu Weng Ji Xing Ming ",so this chapter focuses on the legal words of the complex words in the book,mainly from the aspects of synonyms and the characteristics of the words.First,summarize the synonyms of the complex legal words and list the members of each group in groups.Then,according to the core synonyms and differentiated synonyms of words,the similarity and difference of these synonyms are analyzed.Finally,combined with the examples,it is found that these words have five characteristics: rich in the color of the text,clear generalization of the meaning,single exact meaning,legal application object and rich rational meaning.The last part,as a conclusion,summarizes the findings and achievements of the thesis from the perspective of the general situation,source,evolution,two-tone words and other research angles of the legal words of Fu Weng Ji Xing Ming. |
