"Zhe Yu GuiJian" is from the Southern Song Zhengke writing, the whole book of legal terms and not specialized sense of "legalese" and their use in people's daily life widely, with a strong oral. Have a high value in the study of vocabulary. By using the synchronic description and diachronic study of the combination of methods, we summarize the the book of nearly 800 legal words and expressions of lexical structure and evolution, and the carding and analysis of the rich characteristics of synonymy and polysemy.Paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, brief introduction of "zhe Yu GuiJian" and the words of law material value, research status and legal words and expressions selects standard.The second part is "the study of polysyllabic words in zheyuguijian" legal words. The first is proposed to judge the standard three polysyllabic words, meaning, standard, standard speech frequency standard. Then, the analysis of the composition of compound words in legal terms, including joint compound words, the dominant compound words, partial formal compound word, predicate compounds, verb type compound words. Designed in the book number and proportion of the legal words and expressions in the disyllabic and polysyllabic words are upward trend and mainly to "partial positive and domination".The third part is the study of "zheyuguijian" legal words of synonymy and polysemy.
