Among the books compiled and edited for Yuefu poems from Han Dynasty to Tang Dynasty,Guo Maoqian's "Yuefu Poetry Collection" is the one with the most complete system and the most reasonable classification, and has been widely recognized. This dissertation will conduct a comprehensive study of the Yuefu poems collected in the "Yuefu Poetry Collection" which are used for sacrificial praises and focused descriptions of gods and ghosts. This dissertation consists of three parts. The first part is the introduction.First, introduce the meaning of the topic, comb the Yuefu poems about gods, explore the relationship between the national ritual music, folk sacrifice songs and the Yuefu poems written by literati, which can comprehensively examine the development and changes of literary creation, ideological culture and political system in the past. The second is the research summary.Predecessors have got fruitful results, but focus on the research of the key periods and the key works, ignoring the literariness of the national ritual poems, and the research perspective is relatively single and scattered, lacking an overall investigation of the gods written in Yuefu poems. Finally, there is an introduction to the integral layout of the dissertation. The second part is the main part of the dissertation, which is divided into three special topics. The first chapter is about the national sacrificial songs from Han Dynasty to Tang Dynasty, mainly focusing on the most representative songs of the Five Gods.First is the creation overview. There were Five Gods' s songs,in the Han Dynasty, the Southern and Northern Dynasties, the Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty.Secondly, analyze the identity of the five Gods and clarify that in the dynasties holding the doctrine of Zheng Xuan, the five Gods mean "five deities";in the dynasties holding the doctrine of Wang Su,the five emperors mean "five monarchs".Then, investigate the evolution of the five Gods' sacrificial system from the historical documents, and it was found that the sacrificial system changed with the national power and propriety thought, and the protocol even changed many times in one dynasty. Finally,it analyzes the evolution of the characteristics of poetry creation in the past. The second chapter is about folk sacrificial songs, mainly on the "Shenxian Songs" in Wu Sheng Songs.First, the identities of the gods involved in the song are verified, and most of them are small land gods in the area around Jianye.Secondly,it analyzes the influence of "Shen Xian Songs" on the poems written by the people in Tang Dynasty, and thinks that the Tang people's imitations only absorbed the arrangement of the songs of welcoming the gods and the songs of sending gods, but did not inherit the spiritual core and the linguistic style of folk songs. Finally,it explores the folk beliefs behind the songs, about the worship of the tree, the worship of the water, and the worship of the resentful spirit. The research object of the third chapter is the poetry of literati.First of all,it summarizes the creation situation from the author's work, subject classification and creation mode.Cao Cao and Cao Zhi are the most creative and influential authors among them.Secondly, verify the identities of the most representative Wangziqiao and Chisongzi. It is inferred that they are admired by literati for mastering the way to live forever and therefore appear the most frequently in the poems. Finally,I explored the creative characteristics of the literati's poems, and pointed out that this kind of poetry was sung in the banquets, thus each poem is divided into several segments and some sentences are often repeated. The literati's own regional cultural background makes the poetry show certain regional characteristics. The third part is the conclusion.Synthesize the content of the three chapters, summarize the content and art form of the Yuefu poetry, and examine the overall thinking of gods in the the past societies.
