Research On Farmers' Ecological Moral Responsibility In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

The construction of rural ecological civilization is an important part of promoting rural revitalization.At present,the construction of rural ecological civilization is to build a harmonious relationship between man and nature,and to pay attention to the moral responsibility of mankind to nature.As the main body of rural life and development,farmers are inseparable from the countryside and natural environment in their production and life.Farmers rely on the support value of natural life to realize their own moral rights for survival and development.Therefore,as a ethical and rational farmer,he should adhere to the ethical principles of justice and reciprocity to handle the relationship with nature,including mountains,water,fields,forests,lakes and many living things,and exert his main power to participate in the construction of ecological villages,and dare to assume moral responsibility for nature.Farmers are not only the main body of rural ecological construction,but also the direct beneficiaries of ecological construction.In rural life and production,farmers fulfill the ecological moral responsibility of the basic normative dimension,do not harm nature,and strive to coordinate the relationship with the elements of nature,which will reduce the pressure on nature.Farmers actively pursue the ecological moral responsibility of virtue dimension and devote themselves to the moral responsibility of "loving and nourishing nature",which is helpful to promote the improvement of rural environmental quality.The implementation of the dual dimension ecological moral responsibility is not only of positive significance to the cultivation of farmers' ecological responsibility morality,but also helps to show its contribution to future generations and society,and to show the lofty value significance of farmers to social development.This is very necessary to realize the human freedom in the face of nature,sustainable development of rural nature and promote rural revitalization.Based on empirical investigation and research,we can see that currernt farmers' ecological moral responsibility literacy has been improved,and the rural ecological environment in our country has also been improved.However,in the practice of rural life and production,there are still some problems of moral responsibility,such as farmers' understanding of the responsibility of nature is not enough,they usually tend to dominate and demand nature,even destroy the living space environment of all things,and lack of active compensation and repair of the damaged natural environment for a long time,which make some rural environmental problems still more serious.Generally speaking,there are many factors that hinder the realization of farmers' ecological moral responsibility.First of all,due to the influence of the concept of egoism,the value orientation of economic priority and the weak value concept of life community,the motive force of farmers' ecological moral responsibility will be insufficient.Secondly,due to the lack of perfect and effcetive external norms in the current countryside,the external behavior of farmers often loses regulation.Finally,due to the constraints of the urban-rural structure ethical system,or the influence of development concept of urban centralism,the current rural areas are inadequate in the allocation of environmental protection resources,the farmers lack social recognition,and the rural ecological industry support is difficult to meet the needs of farmers,all of these constitutes a restrictive force for farmers to fulfil positively moral responsibility or to realize their social values in the wider sense.Therefore,to solve the above problems,we should put forward ideas to solve the problems from the aspects of rural ecological ethics culture construction and practice,institutional norms and supervision mechanisms,and policy improvement,in order to fully mobilize the main force of farmers and promote farmers to take initiative to fulfill their moral responsibity to nature.Among them,the policy with fair value orientation is of great significance for cultivating farmers' moral character of ecological responsibility,arousing farmers' enthusiasm to participate in the construction of ecological civilization,and finally realizing farmers' pursuit of a better life.
