This paper mainly studies the relationship between CI and Zen in the Northern Song Dynasty, analyzes the social and cultural background of the confluence of the two cultural forms of Ci and Zen,and through the investigation of the evolution law of the two cultural forms, grasps the internal basis of the confluence of Ci and Zen.On this basis, this paper attempts to illustrate the influence of the two on their own,and explores the specific form of CI creation and the significance of this creation form to the history of Ci poetry under the social and cultural atmosphere of "word and Zen blending".This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter mainly traces back to the source, and discusses it from two aspects of name of the tunes and the content of Ci.From the perspective of name of the tunes, name of the tunes is a musical regulation of a Ci,And the name of the tunes such as "Pu Sa Man"," The five periods of the night " and " Twelve hours " are closely related to Buddhism and Zen;From the perspective of the content of Ci,Whether it is the language, vocabulary or content of the word, there are also traces of Buddhism and Zen.The second chapter analyzes the influence of Zen on CI and discusses it from three aspects: writer theory, literary work theory and creation theory. From the point of view of writers' theory,Zen not only affects the literati's ideological and spiritual world, but also further affects their aesthetic taste in literary creation, which is mainly manifested in the praise of individual self nature and the affirmation of daily life; From the perspective of literary works theory,to a certain extent,Zen makes the language form of CI more colloquial, vulgar and symbolic. At the same time,in terms of theme style,it further promotes the creation of "Philosophy Ci"," Humor Ci","Erotic Ci","Detachment Ci" in the Northern Song Dynasty; From the point of view of creation,Zen's thought of "praise and emptiness" influences the poets' creative psychology and way of seeing things. In terms of specific writing techniques,Zen's "Blocking hermeneutics method" used in saying "true meaning" has certain influence on the writing skills of poets. The third chapter analyzes the influence of the atmosphere of writing Ci on Zen Buddhism, and discusses it from four aspects: the creation of Zen monks,Zen language's becoming elegant,The identity of Zen forest to himself, and the atmosphere of taking written words as Zen.From the perspective of the creation of Zen monks, the behavior of the creation of Zen monks' writing ci itself means that the atmosphere of ci writing has deeply influenced Zen Buddhism, while the creation of Zen monks mainly focuses on "philosophy Ci","chanting things Ci" and "love Ci";From the perspective of Zen language's becoming elegant,The prevalence of writing Ci makes Zen language close to Ci to some extent,It is mainly manifested in three aspects: First, the language form of Zen master begins to approach the language form of Ci to some extent.Second, the sentence in the Ci begins to become a tool used by Zen masters to enlighten scholars.Third,Some Ci become the tools for Zen monks to learn Buddhism. From the perspective of the identity of Zen forest to himself,Zen masters with higher cultural accomplishment were more recognized in the Northern Song Dynasty. Therefore, the act of writing CI was a way for Zen monks to prove their identity as "cultural monks",establish common topics with scholars in a secular sense, and better publicize Zen to them; From the perspective of the atmosphere of taking written words as Zen,The behavior of Zen monk's writing Ci has promoted the prevalence of the custom of "taking words as Zen",which enriches the means of Zen's understanding of "true meaning" and helps the Zen and scholars to establish a common discourse, but to a certain extent,it also promotes the Zen gradually to narrow. The fourth chapter analyzes the internal basis of the integration of Ci and Zen,and discusses it from three aspects: the Zen thought and creative thinking, the thought of Zen and the creation of Ci,the need of ci writing between Zen and literati. This chapter mainly explains the similarities between Zen and CI through the parallel comparison of the two cultural forms. From the perspective of Zen thinking and creative thinking,Zen's praise of human nature and literary creation are essentially a kind of selfexpression,Zen's view of " Universal accommodation " and the state of spiritual freedom in literary creation,Zen's preaching way of "detour to talk about Zen" and the "discourse implication" of literary language pursuit,Zen's thought of "Prajna Kong" and The quiet state of mind in the preparation stage of literary creation, all of these are common; From the perspective of Zen thought and CI creation,The way of Zen practice in desire,Seeking ways of spiritual transcendence in the game,The way of seeing things in the present,All of these have some common with the "little Ci" which are full of erotic color, strong meaning of game and focus on displaying the life of literati; From the perspective of the need of ci writing between Zen and literati,There is a need for Zen forest to borrow Ci as a form of mass culture to promote the philosophy of Buddhism and Zen,while the literati also need to use the literary genre of Ci to show their understanding of Buddhism and Zen.The above together constitute the internal reason for the intersection of the two literary phenomena of Ci and Chan in the Northern Song Dynasty.Chapter five analyzes the description of Buddhism and Zen by poets in the Northern Song Dynasty. It mainly analyzes the cases, and discusses it from four aspects:literati' writing,Buddhist monk's writing, the comparison between literati' writing and Buddhist monk's writing, and the significance of the combination of Ci and Zen writing. The CI works of literati mainly selected Su Shi,Huang Tingjian,Wang Anshi and Qin guan for analysis, while those of Zen forest mainly selected Hui Hong and Zhong Shu for analysis. The third section makes a comparative analysis of the Ci of these two groups from three aspects of ideological content, language form and artistic style,In terms of ideological content, the difference between the two groups is that literati often express such thoughts as "life is like a dream"," prakrti-visuddhi " and " achieve spiritual transcendence in the game ",while the creation of Zen forest mainly expresses the feelings of the appreciation of transcendental life and praise to the western world. The same thing is that the two groups both have the works of chanting public case stories,as well as the Ci of erotic and chanting things; In terms of language form, the two groups are characterized by their extremely colloquial works, which are mainly manifested in the extensive use of oral language and prose style writing rhythm; In terms of artistic style, the literati often present various styles when they write Buddhism and Zen,and they can integrate the sense of personal experience into their understanding of Buddhism and Zen philosophy.Compared with literati' writing,Buddhist monk's writing is relatively straightforward and shallow,But the Ci works created by the Zen masters that express their favor for Zen life has a high artistic value. From the point of view of the history of Ci and the significance of integration of Ci and Zen,The description of Buddhism and Zen by poets makes the content of Ci more daily and philosophical,Language form of Ci is closer to spoken language and more humorous,Artistic style is more detached and ethereal.
