Research On The International Protection Of Intellectual Property Rights Under FTA

Intellectual property is a range of rights that has become more and more abundant with the development of the times.It is increasingly valued by countries around the world and has gradually become a core topic of concern to the international community.The WTO,the basic organization of global economic cooperation,stipulates the trade rules of various countries and regions around the world,including the three major areas of goods,trade and intellectual property.It has resolved numerous trade disputes and has greatly promoted trade liberalization.However,under the premise that the developed countries and developing countries have different intellectual property appeal among more than 160 member states,signing more flexible intellectual property protection clause with the form of free trade agreements is a more effective way to solve the problem.Countries and regions around the world are very keen on free trade agreements a which is a more flexible and operable way of trade cooperation from the current trend of free trade agreements.This article studies,summarizes,compares and concludes the current representative free trade agreements.Under the framework of free trade agreements,it investigates deeply the intellectual property rights provisions and in the process of signing a new trade agreement it provide strategies how to combine the experience of other countries to draw on advantages and avoid disadvantages,improve the technology of free trade negotiations,giving play to own superiority.
