Research On "Peaceful National Building" In China News (1945-1949)

In the period of the war of liberation when the resources were relatively scarce,as the main mass media,the newspapers and periodicals,took on the responsibility and mission of information dissemination and public opinion propaganda.By sorting out information during the war of liberation,the author finds that few scholars have made a detailed and objective interpretation of the folk newspapers and periodicals in the kuomintang-ruled areas,few scholars have carried out a more detailed study of this period from the perspective of journalism and communication.As the first draft of history,newspapers and periodicals are the chroniclers and reflectors of society.The society can be restored as far as possible from a more intuitive angle.As an influential non-governmental newspaper in the period of the liberation war,China new news has a detailed and well preserved report.As a progressive civilian newspaper of Jiangxi District,it not only witnessed the efforts made by the folk progressives to build a peaceful and unified China,but also actively guided the public opinion on the issue of peaceful nation building during the war of liberation.The study of this newspaper is of great significance to restore the social state of this period and how the newspaper,as the mass media at that time,spread information through news texts and affect public cognition.With the keywords of "peace","establishment of the nation" and "negotiation",I got 574 effective research texts from the database.This study classifies and sorts out China new daily's reports on the peaceful establishment of China,summarizes its reporting framework,and classifies relevant texts according to linguistic theories,the content selection and arrangement of the related reports,the discourse style and so on are interpreted in detail.Finally,the paper is interpreted as an important tool for information dissemination in the light of the historical context.The main findings:(1)the China new daily has been actively conveying information on the issue of peaceful state building,and has a clear value orientation in the choice of news materials and their reorganization,it focuses on the interests of the country and the people,and this kind of value orientation exists.The theme of China New Daily is the dissemination of peace and unity and joint commitment to the cause of nation building.On this basis,it pays attention to the fusion of reporting art and reporting strategies,editing and integration,a reporting framework of peaceful state-building issues is gradually formed through the construction of information texts.China new daily,as a folk newspaper in the kuomintang-controlled areas,is also gradually breaking through the fetters and raising its awareness,and striving to exert the function of the People's mouthpiece in the process of news reporting,focusing on the issues of people's livelihood,so as to be able to better speak for the people,guide public opinion on social and peaceful state-building,and safeguard the fundamental interests of the country and the people in peaceful development.
