Research On The Protection Of Reproductive Rights And Interests Of Working Women In Yanta District, Xi'an City Under The "universal Two-child" Policy

Since the implementation of the "universal two-child policy",scholars have studied its implementation effect in many aspects.It is particularly important to protect the reproductive rights and benefits of on-the-job women among the influencing factors.It issued The Special Regulations on the Implementation of Labor Protection for Female Workers in Shaanxi Province in 2017 by the government of Shaanxi province,which have conveyed the spirit of a document issued by the state council and attempted to effectively protect the reproductive rights and benefits of on-the-job women.So,how the situation of understanding and practicing the policy in Yanta district,Xi 'an city?Whether still have other problems?And what measures and suggestions should be put forward in the field of practice?With such thoughts,the article carried out its own exploration and research.To understand the protection of the reproductive rights and benefits of on-the-job women in Xi 'an city after the implementation of the "universal two-child policy" for nearly five years,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for the actual effect of the "universal two-child" policy,and the formulation of relevant policies and action plans for the future in Xi 'an city.This paper mainly analyzes the implementation of laws and regulations of employing units in Yanta district and the cognition of on-the-job women on the reproductive rights and benefits,combining on-the-job women's age,level of education,income and occupational status.Some conclusions have been drawn.Finally,the author tries to find a feasible way to protect the reproductive rights and benefits of on-the-job women in Yanta district,Xi 'an city.There are six parts in this paper:The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the research background,significance,writing thought,literature review,research methods,main concepts and theoretical basis,which lays a good research foundation for the development of this paper.The second chapter is an overview of relevant laws and regulations on women's reproductive rights and benefits.Firstly,it introduces the content of the reproductive rights and benefits since the founding of new China.Secondly,it emphasizes the implementation background and specific contents of The Special Regulations on the Implementation of Labor Protection for Female Workers in Shaanxi Province,including the reproductive protection of female worker that need to be implemented,the right that female worker has,and the target that Shaanxi province government implement relevant policies and regulations,etc.,for the third chapter specific research center has lay a good foundation of the policy.The third chapter is about the investigation and analysis of the on-the-job women's protection of reproductive rights and benefits in Yanta district,Xi 'an city.This chapter introduces the basic situation of Yanta district and of on-the-job women in the survey,analyzes the fertility protection situation of on-the-job women as well as other relevant data.It combs the Yanta district on-the-job women's age,level of education,occupation,income and other relevant variables relationship with the protection of reproductive rights and benefits,pointed out the problems in the protection work.The fourth chapter is the cause of the problems in the process of protecting the reproductive rights and benefits of on-the-job women in Yanta district,Xi 'an city.It mainly includes that the functions of the government have not been given full play,gender discrimination in employment,insufficient investment funds,imperfect fertility protection system and the influence of traditional cultural concepts.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to guarantee the protection of reproductive rights and benefits of on-the-job women in Yanta district,Xi'an city.Combined with the current situation of protecting the reproductive rights and benefits of on-the-job women in Yanta district,Xi 'an city,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on protecting the reproductive rights and benefits of on-the-job women from the aspects of government functions,basic public services,equal employment protection,maternity leave system implementation and the promotion of women's rights and benefits awareness.The last,summarizes the full text.
