A Study On The Spillover Effect Of China's Poverty Reduction Experience On Africa Since The Reform And Opening Up

The problem of poverty is an important issue that all countries inevitably need to solve in order to realize modernization,and it is also a common problem that the international community faces.Poverty in China,the world's largest developing country,has always been a major problem on the road to development.The smooth resolution of this problem will not only affect the quality of China's comprehensive Xiaokang and the realization of its basic modernization,it will also affect the happiness and sense of achievement of the Chinese people.Since the reform and opening-up 40 years ago,the poor people have basically got rid of both material and spiritual poverty.China's poverty reduction practice has not only promoted the effective development of the domestic anti-poverty cause,but also made outstanding contributions to poverty reduction in the world.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to summarize China's experience in poverty reduction since the reform and opening-up,and to study the ways and mechanisms of China's experience in poverty reduction spilling over to more countries and regions in the world.As the region with the greatest concentration of developing countries in Africa,poverty has always been a difficult problem besetting the region and the whole world.As a responsible major country,China,while achieving its own development,actively promotes the development of more parts of the world,the same is true in the area of poverty reduction.Therefore,on the basis of China's remarkable achievements in poverty reduction in the world,studying how China's experience in poverty reduction spills over into Africa can not only provide new ideas and new methods for effectively solving the poverty problem in Africa,can also reflect China's sense of responsibility and the world mind.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is an introduction,which mainly expounds the current research situation of poverty and anti-poverty at home and abroad,and points out the value of China's anti-poverty experience to China and the world,at the same time,it shows the difficulties in collecting data and thinking deeply.The second part is the definition of related concepts and the basis of China's experience in poverty reduction,mainly defining the three concepts of poverty,anti-poverty and spillover effects,the theoretical basis of China's poverty reduction experience is Marxist anti-poverty thought,the research of Chinese leaders on poverty and the international theories on poverty culture and human capital It points out that the party and the government are the important institutional guarantee for poverty reduction in China,and that the Chinese traditional benevolence thought,the Japanese new thought and the Datong thought are the cultural roots of China's experience of poverty reduction.The third part is the practical Achievements and experience of poverty reduction in China since the reform and opening up,the achievements of China's poverty reduction are mainly reflected in the sharp reduction of the poverty population,the improvement of infrastructure,the effective economic development in the poverty-stricken areas and the improvement of human capital quality China's experience in poverty reduction is mainly based on the dual combination of the government and the market,materials and capabilities under the guidance of the socialist concept of sharing,and through east-west collaboration,targeted poverty alleviation and the participation of international forces in poverty fifth part is about the effect and world significance of China's experience of poverty reduction on Africa since the reform and opening-up.China's experience of poverty reduction has effectively improved the poverty situation in Africa,developed the local economy and transformed the Society for the better,the People's spiritual outlook has improved;this effect has also provided reference for more countries to learn from China's experience in poverty reduction,while China and Africa have further developed China's experience in poverty reduction through exchanges on poverty reduction.Through these five parts,it shows that it is possible and significant to study the spillover of China's poverty reduction experience to Africa.
