Integrity is honesty,faithfulness and trust to one's own,other people,socie-ty and country in three aspects: thought,speech and behavior.The universal integrity among the members of society is not only the basis and premise of the stable and orderly operation of society,but also the internal driving force of long-term stability,prosperity and prosperity of a country and region.However,the various phenomena of dishonesty in Chinese society today is in common,which not only gives birth to trust crisis in some areas,but also creates a situation in which members of society are wary of each other and even harm each other,it has been badly damaged the stability and order of society and the prosperity and development of the economy.The realization of socialist modernization is a great goal of our country in the new era.The realization of this goal needs to be based on the modernization of most members of society in terms of concept,consciousness and behavior.Farmers,as members of society,accounting for about half of the country,have modernized our country.Realization has a major impact.Without their modernization,the realization of socialist modernization cannot be discussed.And sincerity,as an important foundation of the market economy as the first driving force for socialist modernization,must be maintained and carried forward.However,the problem of untrustworthines s of farmers in our country is frequent.Not only is there a general phenomenon of untrustworthiness in the field of agricultural production and management,but also in the daily communication of villagers and rural grassroots management.These untrustworthy phenomena show the three major problems of farmers in terms of integrity,the narrow concept of integrity,the opportunism of integrity practices,and the failure of the integrity guarantee mechanism.These problems are caused by cultural reasons,such as the shaping and restraint of traditional ethics,the interference and misleading of multiple foreign cultures;and social reasons,such as the lack of a good integrity environment and effective integrity education;There are institutional reasons,such as the lack of effective ethics and sound supervision mechanisms;therefore,in order to effectively improve the integrity of farmers,in the governance path,first of all,the government needs to lead by example,lead the fashion of integrity,and create a good integrity environment and Cultural atmosphere;Secondly,through a variety of channels and methods,strengthen the education of farmers' modern concept of honesty,let them update the concept of honesty with the times and cultivate the habits of honesty on the basis of retaining and promoting excellent traditional honesty concepts;finally,It is necessary to improve the integrity guarantee mechanism,replace moral education with the rule of virtue and law,strengthen supervision and replace consciousness first,and increase the risk and cost of dishonesty.
