another,it has pointed out the direction for solving the emerging consumption problems that have emerged in recent years.To a certain extent,it has also provided more security for people's consumption behavior and more support for the protection of consumers' rights and interests by the regulatory authorities.However,we still need to see that,Consumption conflicts still exist in large numbers,Consumer disputes,especially major consumer disputes,still occur from time to time.As the core functional department of consumer rights and interests protection,the market supervision department,while comprehensively deepening the reform of "deregulation",clarifies the functional responsibilities of the department,how to further improve the consumer rights and interests protection function,and how to do a good job in consumer rights and interests protection are realistic issues that need to be considered and solved urgently.This paper takes the consumer rights protection
