With the rapid development of the Internet,"traffic" has become a standard for measuring the popularity of works,star popularity and commercial value,an important data for calculating advertising revenue.At the same time,in order to earn excess profits,some business entities “enhance” the reputation of their products by buying traffic,and then an industrial chain of "fake traffic" has also been formed."Traffic fraud" in Internet marketing disrupts normal market competition,destroys the Internet ecological environment,and also adversely affects the cultural industry.China needs to be regulated in terms of " Traffic fraud " in Internet marketing.The lack of regulatory measures makes it difficult to play a guiding role in judicial practice.This article analyzes the causes,manifestations,and harms caused by Internet “traffic fraud”,draws on relevant foreign legal systems,combined with my country's actual conditions,suggests clarifying the “ traffic fraud ” behavior standards,perfecting the responsibilities and obligations of relevant persons responsible,and improving the supervision system.At the same time,third-party monitoring agencies are introduced to provide references for curbing and dealing with this phenomenon..
