Over the years, the geographical and political separation between the West Bank and Gaza has exacerbated Palestinian political vulnerability. With the upheaval of the political environment in the Middle East,Palestine increasingly needs to get rid of internal difficulties and establish a unified front to face the challenges posed by the upheaval. This paper takes the Palestinian political landscape as the topic and adopts the theoretical analysis framework of process constructivism to explore the process by which Palestinian political factions construct a political landscape. This paper argues that the three political factions leading the Palestinian political process: Fatah,Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad formed their own political ideas under the role of collective identity, and the three factions with different political ideas constructed the current Palestinian political landscape under the role of aspiration politics.
