After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the rural collective land system went through from the peasant land ownership system established by the land reform movement in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,to the peasant collective ownership system formed by the two major collectivist movements of agricultural co-operation and people's communalization, and then to the post-1980s.The gradually formed collective land system based on collective ownership and based on the household contract responsibility system has also undergone changes from policy changes to legal changes, and finally presents a market for contracted management rights. The trend of change in globalization. The collective land system has a fundamental position in rural governance, and the development dilemma of rural governance is also forcing the reform of the collective land system. On this basis,on the one hand, the changes in the collective land system have promoted the development of villagers' self-government participation, and also promoted the standardization of governance behaviors of rural governance entities, and also promoted the legalization of dispute resolution mechanisms. On the other hand, the changes in the collective land system have led to the loss of villagers' autonomy, and to a certain extent the gap between the rich and the poor has widened, and has further aggravated the incidence of rural corruption. The main ways to effectively resolve the negative impact are to improve the level of rural autonomy through "integration of party governance",establish and improve the collective land contracting right exit mechanism and management right transfer supervision and guarantee system, and improve the collective land marketization system..
