Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Faced By Chongqing CPPCC Participating In Social Governance

As an important channel and specialized consultative body of socialist consultative democracy,the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference plays an important role in the process of promoting the country's governance system and governance capacity.General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that the CPPCC is part of the country 's governance system.The CPPCC should meet the requirements of comprehensively deepening reform,vigorously promote the capacity to perform its duties with reform thinking,innovative ideas and practical measures,and strive to play a greater role in modernize the country' s governance system and governance capacity.Social governance is an important part of national governance,the focus of social governance at the grassroots level,social governance difficulties in the local,the local CPPCC to participate in social work,actively cooperate with solving the pain,difficult,blocking problems,efforts to build grass-roots social governance.This paper takes the participation of the Chongqing CPPCC in the social governance as the research object,and focuses on how the local CPPCC can play a better role in the local social governance.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part respectively introduces the research background,the significance of research,domestic and foreign research situation,research methods and ideas.The second part introduces the important theoretical concepts of the CPPCC and social governance,and clarifies the importance of its participation in social governance.The third part briefly explains the advantages and necessity of the CPPCC 's participation in social governance,and emphasizes the rationality of the CPPCC' s participation in social governance.The fourth part briefly introduces the current situation and the main work results of Chongqing CPPCC's participation in social governance.The fifth part focuses on the participation of the CPPCC in Chongqing.The sixth part of the CPPCC specific Suggestions to participate in social governance,mainly including further enhance the chongqing CPPCC to participate in social governance consciousness,ability,etc.,and including the use of new media platform to participate in social governance and build members to participate in social governance platform,improve the CPPCC to participate in social governance systems and mechanisms,etc.
