People’s political consultative conference spirit of deliberative democracy and social organizations of social attributes and can play the aggregation function of public opinion has a strong similarity.with the development of economy and society,the development of social organizations has been gradually paid attention to and gradually become an important force to participate in social co-governance.Compared with the government,it can provide some public services,and its operating costs and are far less than the operation of an enterprise,all of these can be used as social organizations to participate in the people’s political consultative conference of deliberative democracy.But in terms of the status,will play a role in social organization into the deliberative democracy,and also in constant exploration,the people’s political consultative conference as the specialized consultation democratic consultation platform,to play the role of social organizations,it is enough,there are many problems in the concrete practice to puzzle,far behind standardization institutionalization of deliberative democracy system.The study of the role of social organizations in consultative democracy of the CPPCC can,on the one hand,fully explore the political participation function other than the participation of social organizations in social construction,On the other hand,it is of far-reaching significance to enrich the subject of deliberative democracy and explore the formation of a more perfect system of deliberative democracy in China.Starting from giving full play to the role of social organizations in CPPCC’s consultative democracy,this paper comprehensively USES literature research,case analysis and questionnaire method to obtain the required data,and explores the practical path for social organizations to participate in CPPCC’s consultative democracy.First of all,relevant theories are studied and domestic and foreign literatures are reviewed to find the research basis of this paper,and relevant concepts are defined to determine the research scope of this paper.Secondly,taking J county in Shandong province as an example,by analyzing the current development situation of J county social organizations,the status quo of J County social organizations’ participation in The consultative democracy of J County political association,and analyzing the internal connections and advantages of social organizations’participation in consultative democracy of CPPCC.Based on the existing cases,this paper expounds the problems existing in the role of social organizations in consultative democracy of the CPPCC,the deficiencies existing in the existing system and concrete practice,etc.,and puts forward some countermeasures against the above problems.Finally,the conclusion is drawn:the CPPCC provides a platform for social organizations to participate in consultative democracy,The inclusion of social organizations in the CPPCC will further enrich the subject and effectiveness of consultative democracy of the CPPCC.
