Research On Financial Support For The Elderly Care Industry Of XY Bank Shanghai Branch

At this stage,China has become one of the countries with the largest and fastest growing elderly population in the world,and the lack of support of the traditional "three pillar" old-age security system has initially appeared.Although the new economy has promoted the innovation and breakthrough of China's pension finance to a certain extent,there is still a big gap between the construction of China's existing pension financial system and meeting the actual pension needs of the elderly groups.The exploration and development of pension finance is inevitable to realize the good development of pension industry.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out in-depth research on the financial support of the pension industry,so as to promote the good development of the pension industry.In view of the above research background,this thesis selects XY Bank Shanghai Branch as a specific research case,and uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey to conduct a comprehensive analysis on the development status of pension financial support of XY Bank Shanghai Branch.Based on the perspective of financial economy,combined with the actual situation of pension financial support of Shanghai Branch of XY bank,taking the elderly customers and pension service institutions in Shanghai as the survey objects,questionnaire survey and data statistical analysis were carried out for their pension financial service needs.This thesis constructs probit model for empirical analysis and test,and finds out the main factors that affect the demand of elderly financial services in Shanghai.According to the analysis conclusion,XY Bank Shanghai Branch's financial support strategy for the elderly customers mainly includes three aspects:comprehensively developing the financial support for the pension industry,paying attention to the differentiation of financial products and services,and breaking through the financing bottleneck of pension service institutions.Among them,the specific measures to comprehensively develop financial support for the pension industry are to strengthen financial support,actively explore inter-bank cooperation and strengthen the popularization of financial knowledge;The specific measures to pay attention to the differentiation of financial products and services are to deepen the savings financial products,enrich the stable financial products and promote the housing reverse mortgage loan;The specific measures to break through the financing bottleneck of pension service financial institutions are to improve the credit mechanism of pension service institutions,design the loan mode of pension service institutions,actively build the pension industry special fund and innovate the pension financial risk prevention system.This thesis aims to further accelerate the development of the pension industry in Shanghai and actively explore the pension industry system with regional characteristics by studying the case of XY Bank Shanghai Branch.
