Yangyuan County Rural Human Settlement Environment Research And Path Improvement

Since the reform and opening up,as a result of the economic development of the Dual-sector model structure,the problems that perplex the development of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" have been existing.In the report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Comrade Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of rural rejuvenation,which is the fundamental strategy to solve the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.According to the requirement of ecological livability of rural revitalization strategy,improving rural human settlements environment is its key content.At present,the area of Rural built-up area only accounts for about one-third of the total area of urban and rural built-up area.The rural human settlement environment is closely related to the overall realization of a well-off society in the vast countryside,the prosperity and harmony of the rural social economy and the enhancement of the farmers' sense of well-being,the construction of rural human settlement environment is the concrete path to realize the fertility,livability and revitalization of rural areas in China,and also the important strategy of the follow-up impetus of economic development in China..This article is aimed at the actual demand of the improvement of human settlement environment in Yangyuan County.As a state-level poverty-stricken county,Yangyuan County achieved overall poverty eradication in 2020.Taking the opportunity of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,guided by Yangyuan County's 14 th five-year plan,and on the basis of extensive research and achievements at home and abroad,according to the actual needs of the development of the village itself,under the guidance of ecological planning theory,agricultural circular economy theory,"two mountains" theory,Giddens theory,etc.to conduct research on human settlements in Yangyuan County.In this paper,literature,field research,the combination of qualitative and Quantitative analysis research methods,and the impact of human settlements in Yangyuan County factor analysis.Starting from the basic research,this paper divides the concept of rural human settlement environment into three easy-to-understand system concepts: rural natural environment,rural human environment and rural artificial environment,the natural environment,cultural environment and artificial environment of Yangyuan County are described respectively.After that,the paper analyzes the present situation of human settlements in Yangyuan County,puts forward the problems of human settlements in Yangyuan County,and makes theoretical analysis by using related theories.Then from the construction focus,planning focus on the natural environment of human settlements in Yangyuan County,the Human Environment,the artificial environment of the specific upgrade path.Finally,policy recommendations.From three aspects,this paper puts forward the policy optimization suggestions for the improvement and planning of rural human settlements.First,the establishment of rehabilitation planning;Second,the management of Land Policy Optimization;third,the Innovation of governance management mechanism.From the natural environment,the Human Environment and the artificial environment,the paper puts forward Operability suggestions.
