With the acceleration of urbanization,rural governance is facing new challenges,and rural grid management emerges as the times require.Taigu District,Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province,is a representative County of rural grid management.In recent years,through continuous revision in practice,it has gradually completed the transformation from control to service.The mode of rural grid management has been gradually improved.They have created a rural grid team with high ideological awareness,strong action and outstanding professional ability.However,in the past two years,there have been many difficulties in the management of rural grid leaders in Taigu District of Jinzhong City.Rural grid leaders generally reflect that their job satisfaction is not high enough,and many rural grid leaders have resigned one after another,which has brought many difficulties for the comprehensive implementation of grid work.This paper introduces the theory of job satisfaction,combined with the self-made basic situation questionnaire and Minnesota job satisfaction short form scale to form a questionnaire,which is randomly distributed to 200 rural grid leaders in Taigu District of Jinzhong City.184 valid questionnaires are collected for sorting and research,so as to deeply understand the status quo of job satisfaction of rural grid leaders in Taigu District of Jinzhong City,and analyze the reasons affecting their job satisfaction,And put forward relevant suggestions,in order to improve the job satisfaction of rural grid leader in Taigu District of Jinzhong City.Through the research on the questionnaire survey,the following conclusions are drawn:first,the job satisfaction of rural grid leaders in Taigu District of Jinzhong City is generally high,but there are great differences among various dimensions;second,the internal satisfaction of rural grid leaders in Taigu District of Jinzhong City is high,but there is still a dilemma that they can not give full play to their ability;third,the external satisfaction of rural grid leaders to grid work Fourth,in the three dimensions,the general satisfaction is the lowest,which is mainly reflected in the lack of satisfaction with the incentive system.At the same time,based on the analysis of population variables,it can be seen that: first,the farther the township is from the urban area,the lower the job satisfaction of rural grid leaders;second,the higher the job satisfaction of female rural grid leaders;third,with the increase of their age and length of service,the job satisfaction first rises,then declines,and then rises;fourth,the higher the monthly income,the higher the job satisfaction;fifth,the grid long-term workers with high school education The results show that the job satisfaction of rural grid leader with bachelor degree is the highest,while the job satisfaction of rural grid leader with bachelor degree is the lowest;sixth,the job satisfaction of rural grid leader with administrative position is higher;seventh,the job satisfaction of rural grid leader with political status of Party member is slightly higher than that of rural grid leader with political status of the masses.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following six suggestions:first,to incorporate the rural grid leader into the village cadre team;second,to increase the salary;third,to broaden the promotion channels;fourth,to improve the office environment;fifth,to improve the incentive mechanism;sixth,to scientifically select and target management.
