Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Grassroots Grid Governance In My Country

The modernization of grass-roots governance is an important part of the modernization of national governance system and capacity.In recent years,community grid governance as a new way to promote the modernization of grass-roots governance is favored by local governments.Community Grid governance originated from the city and has been widely implemented in urban communities,while grid governance in rural areas is still in its infancy,among which there are still many problems to be solved.Based on the research and analysis of the specific practice of grid governance in Langyatai District of Qingdao,this paper discusses the problems encountered in the current implementation of grid governance in China's rural areas,and on this basis,puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for the improvement of grass-roots social governance in China.Based on the theories of collaborative governance and participatory governance,this paper discusses the current situation of grid governance in rural communities of Langyatai district by combing the main practices and the results achieved.At present,the problems in the process of grid governance are mainly reflected in the following aspects: insufficient capital and technology investment in the information platform,inadequate security protection measures,insufficient number of management personnel,ideas and professional quality to be improved,the participation of the masses,social organizations and other multiple subjects is not in place,and the supervision and assessment system is not perfect.In order to solve these problems,first of all,we need to strengthen the integration of resources and improve the information service level of the district;second,we need to strengthen the construction of the grid management personnel team in the district and improve their working capacity;third,we need to integrate social forces and promote the multi-element subjects of grid governance in the district to participate in governance together;and finally,we need to improve the supervision and assessment mechanism of grid governance in the district.
