Problems In Rural Grid Management Practice And Countermeasures And Suggestions

Since the reform and opening up,China’s rural grassroots democratic political construction and sound,rural grassroots governance reform has achieved remarkable results,however,with the continuous deepening of China’s rural reform,there are still many problems in the current rural grassroots governance,and there is still a certain gap in China’s rural grassroots governance modernization construction.To solve the reality of the imbalance between urban and rural development and the gap between rural development in China,China has implemented a grid management strategy for rural areas,actively explored and innovated,promoted the benign interaction of administrative and social mediation,and optimized the current rural social governance model.At present,our country has overcome poverty,rural revitalization is in full swing,this paper takes Xiaojinwan Township in Yumen City as the research object,and Xiaojinwan Township rural grid management work as the research focus,and explores the effective path of optimizing rural grid management.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,discusses the research background,purpose significance,research status,research ideas and methods,and key difficulties innovation points;The second part defines the core concepts of grid management,rural grid management and grassroots social governance,and introduces the basic principles of "collaborative governance theory".The third part analyzes the current grid management situation of Xiaojinwan Township;The fourth part summarizes and finds that the grid management of Xiaojinwan Township has four problems: inadequate publicity,unbalance of participants,imperfect operation mechanism and imperfect guarantee mechanism.Through analysis,it explains the main reasons for the existing problems are insufficient investment,limitation of traditional ideas,influence of the current management system and lack of relevant systems.The fifth part puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effect of grid management in Xiaojinwan Township from four aspects: strengthening publicity,optimizing the main structure of rural grid management,perfecting the operation mechanism of rural grid management and perfecting the guarantee mechanism of rural grid management.The sixth part draws a conclusion through analysis.The purpose of this article is to further improve the grid management level,and social governance effect of Xiaojinwan Township,to provide some reference for our grassroots social governance.
